About Tashmina
Tashmina is a dynamic, strategic leader with over 20 years third sector experience.
She has focused her career in the charitable sector, passionate about working to improve outcomes for those in need, particularly for young people.
She is a Hertfordshire native and began her career working for a North Hertfordshire based charity developing and growing their children’s services, including a high impact mentoring project.
Tashmina has great knowledge and understanding of the charity sector, and has worked collaboratively with leading charities as Head of External Relations at Pro-Action. She has corporate experience, working as Head of Membership at the Management Consultancies Association, and recently launched a successful online community for diverse young learners of the FastFutures programme at Avado Learning as their Community Manager.
