This Ramadan, FBF has implemented an efficient procedure to deliver food aid to needy beneficiaries. A thorough process was undertaken two months prior to Ramadan, which included data management, recipient selection, data monitoring, and food parcel distribution.
A total of 2,500 application forms were received from Mehran Town residents, and FBF team members conducted visits to their addresses to verify the provided information. Following this, the selected beneficiaries were invited to collect their food parcels during a three-day distribution drive, following identity document verification by FBF staff and volunteers.
FBF also prioritised applications from elderly women, disabled community members, and women lacking support at home to address their financial needs.
The food distribution from FBF has supported over 5,000 individuals this Ramadan.
