On January 18, 2025, the COSARAF Charitable Foundation proudly sponsored the Enterprise Challenge Pakistan (ECP) Finals in Islamabad, continuing its commitment to empowering young entrepreneurs. Organised by SEED Ventures and The King’s Trust International, the event fosters entrepreneurial spirit among Pakistani youth aged 14 to 18, equipping them with essential business, employability, and digital skills.
Since its inception in 2016, ECP has empowered over 6,000 young people across Pakistan, combining a skills-focused curriculum with game-based learning and mentorship from local business leaders. The program culminates in a national competition where teams pitch innovative business ideas to a panel of esteemed judges, competing for prize money to further their entrepreneurial journey.
This year’s finals showcased exceptional talent and creativity, highlighting the following winners:
🏆 Daharki – Winning Idea for transforming waste into educational materials for children with disabilities, demonstrating creativity, inclusion, and determination.
🥈 Peshawar – Runner-Up & Most Climate-Friendly for pioneering high-yield, low-resource farming solutions.
💰 Multan – Most Financially Viable for doorstep pet healthcare services.
🌍 Quetta – Most Impactful with nutrient-packed gummies as an alternative to pills.
💡 Islamabad – Most Innovative for a portable water-purifying bottle, ensuring clean water access anywhere.

Team Eco-EduTeach from Daharki’s Noor-e-Sehar Special Education School made history as the overall winner, showcasing the power of entrepreneurship to break barriers and redefine possibilities.

The event was judged by a distinguished panel, including Ahmed Jamal Mir, Dr. Nafisa Shah, Faisal Aftab, Khurram H., Naeem Ghauri, Rohma Labeeb, Rabel Sadozai, and our very own Director, Tashmina Hoque, whose expertise and encouragement inspired the young participants.
The COSARAF Foundation’s sponsorship underscores its dedication to sustainable economic development in Pakistan. By supporting initiatives like ECP, COSARAF aims to equip youth with the skills, experience, and aspirations to create their own employment opportunities and contribute positively to their communities.
With continued backing from COSARAF and other partners, the Enterprise Challenge Pakistan is poised to inspire and nurture the entrepreneurial talents of Pakistan’s youth for years to come.
